Enhanced Impact LLC was founded to support mission-driven organizations looking to reach their fullest potential serving Maryland’s local communities and the Bay watershed beyond. Many nonprofits, startups, and sustainable businesses are capacity stretched and need professional support to sustain their capabilities, grow public awareness and build a thriving local movement around their organizational principles. Enhanced Impact LLC offers a variety of services targeted towards growth and visibility including strategic planning, government affairs, advocacy training, facilitation, virtual and in person event support services and more on a customized basis. At Enhanced Impact LLC, we are dedicated to bringing a needs-centered approach to overcoming obstacles and would love to schedule a time to discuss what you are hoping to achieve. Before founding Enhanced Impact LLC in 2025, Rosa Hance has built relationships with decisionmakers and stakeholders at all levels of government, as both a professional and a volunteer leader over the last decade. Rosa is a dynamic and creative facilitator enthusiastic about serving the needs of her community in Southern Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay region.
