Rosa E. P. Hance founded Enhanced Impact LLC with a clear and enduring conviction: that the organizations doing the most important work in our communities deserve a consulting partner who truly understands their world.
With experience spanning government relations, advocacy, and organizational capacity building, Rosa brings a rare combination of civic fluency and community rootedness to every client engagement. Her work is shaped by a deep respect for the people, places, and ecosystems of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed and a commitment to leaving things better than she found them.
