The Rural Investment Collaborative (2026)

Enhanced Impact LLC was one of only four Maryland organizations selected by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond for this prestigious cohort. We are currently developing a community investment proposal to transform “gray space into green space” in St. Mary's County, creating sustainable gathering places through local partnerships.

Sierra Club Maryland Chapter

As the youngest female leader of one of the state's most influential grassroots environmental organizations, Rosa oversaw a period marked by significant growth and progress toward its goals and mission.

Environmental Policy Defense

In hearing rooms and outside them, Rosa works tirelessly to defend and create policy that protects the Chesapeake Bay Watershed and beyond. This includes working on targeted bills on niche issues such as industrial wastewater permits and long term banner movements such as the Environmental Human Rights Amendment.

We navigate the Maryland General Assembly to influence policy and budgetary discussions, expand brand awareness, and meet the advocacy goals of capacity-stretched nonprofits and sustainable businesses.
